Setec Millenium is a small team building the multi-tenant learning platform we wished existed when we were running training programmes ourselves.
Origin
Why we built it.
We watched good training teams spend more time wrestling authoring tools than they spent reviewing content. We watched recruiters churn through week-one onboarding because the certification quiz wasn't ready. We watched compliance teams settle for screenshots because their LMS didn't have an audit log worth reading.
So we built Setec Millenium with a small set of opinions: authoring should be source-grounded, grading should be defensible, certificates should travel, and every workflow should be reversible until the moment it isn't.
The platform is multi-tenant from the ground up, so a single deployment can serve a recruiter training programme, a client education programme, and an annual certification cohort without leaking data between them.

Our AI generation is anchored to the materials you provide. We don't invent answers, we surface questions. Your reviewers stay in the loop; nothing ships without their sign-off.

Training is a team sport. Setec Millenium is opinionated about roles, audit trails, and the handoffs between authoring, reviewing, and certifying — because that's where the work actually lives.

Setec Millenium opens its public pages, with the platform already in production for early customers in recruitment and corporate education.

First customers
A handful of recruitment teams piloted the workflow end-to-end, asked us hard questions about consent, audit, and review queues, and we shipped the answers.

First draft
We started building because the existing LMS space made a recruiter onboarding programme feel like filing taxes. The first prototype ran on a kitchen table.
About the name
A quiet nod to a clever password.
If you've seen a particular 1980s comedy of errors, the phrase "setec astronomy" might ring a bell.
Decode
SETEC · MILLENIUM
SETEC reads as the anagram of a phrase that means "too many secrets." MILLENIUM is borrowed from the password the character utters to gain access.
We took the name as a small reminder that great training protects what's worth protecting, while still being clear enough for the rest of us to follow along.
It's also a working joke between the team. Training software is, by reputation, miserable. We wanted to name ours something that made people smile — and then double-take when they realised what it meant.
