Where is my data stored?
All business data lives in your Supabase project. Setec Millenium does not run a shared multi-tenant database; each customer owns their data and access policies.
Can you sign our DPA?
Yes. We have a standard DPA, we accept reasonable redlines, and on the Enterprise tier we'll route procurement paperwork to a dedicated success engineer.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
We do. Email sales and we'll route you to the appropriate scheme.
How long are pilot programmes?
We don't gate the workflow behind a demo. The Free plan covers the entire end-to-end loop, so you can pilot for as long as you need before deciding on a paid tier.
Do you have a status page?
Yes — status.setec-millenium.app. Subscribe there for incident updates, scheduled maintenance, and the rolling uptime history.
Can I migrate from another LMS?
We support CSV and JSON imports for question banks and participant rosters. For larger migrations, reach out and we'll help scope the move.
