Billing

How is the per-seat limit calculated?
A seat is any active org member in your workspace — admins, quiz creators, reviewers, and read-only viewers all count. Participants who join through invite links do not consume a seat; they are billed only against the AI credits their attempt uses.
What counts as an AI credit?
Any structured AI call — quiz generation, translation, written-answer rating — incurs a small token cost that we convert to USD at the end of the billing period. You can set a hard cap per workspace so a runaway run never breaks the budget.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle, so you never lose paid-for capacity mid-month.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free plan already covers the entire workflow end-to-end — pilot as long as you need. When you upgrade to Pro we offer a 14-day refund window if the workload doesn't fit.
